Frames, lenses and Miscellaneous:- Frame, lenses and miscellaneous modules are use to store general information such as tax, discount, price, manufacturer etc. Along with that they are use to store specific information such as frame module stores frame colour, dimension, style etc. Lens module stores material detail etc. While miscellaneous stores the description of the item.
Stock:-
Stock is use to maintain inventory detail of frames, lenses and miscellaneous items. Along with each item name, description, barcode, manufacturer, wholesale price and retail price is associated.
Till Sale:- It is a point of sale system for optician shop. Four type of transaction can be carried out Sale, Payment, Refund and Advance. It stores the details related to sale item such as name of purchaser, quantity, price, total and discount. Sale allows patient and his purchase detail to be entered. Refund keeps the track of amount to be refunded to purchaser. Advance records the amount if some patient has paid in advance. Payment keeps the list of payment details. The payment can be carried out if different modes.
Reports:- Customized reports can be generated according to the user needs. The reports generated are quite user friendly.
